ClickSend integration

Use ClickSend to send a custom, optionally scheduled SMS notification after a form result.

1. Select Integrations > ClickSend and configure the authorized service account.
2. Set approved sender, recipient mapping, message, and scheduling options.
3. Test with an authorized test number; confirm consent, formatting, timing, delivery failure, and cost ownership.
